One Bed With My Roommate on Candy AI Shorts

This anime-style short is told in third person and follows Ren, who splits a city apartment with Yama. Their routine is cozy: coffee waiting in the morning, teasing over breakfast, dishes washed side by side. The stage is a kitchen, a sofa and a roof terrace under string lights, where the two nearly say what they mean.

Yama is the featured Candy character, and Ren treats her as a longtime crush. Neither spells it out, and the apartment is about to fill up when Mira, Yama's best friend, turns up with her suitcases.

Ren wants the routine untouched, Yama wants him to notice her, and Mira wants somewhere to land. Candy files it in the fantasy category, yet the free episodes feel like an everyday apartment romcom.

Episode 1

Ren and Yama start the morning the way they always do: he has her coffee waiting, she catches him staring and teases him about the toast. Over breakfast she tells him You're kind of the best roommate, you know that? and he says she makes it easy.

Up on the roof that night Yama muses that the two of them have become almost too good at this roommate thing. She steps close, begins to confide something, then pulls back and calls it nothing. Mira arrives at the door with luggage, announces a surprise and wonders whether there is a spare corner for one more.

Episode 2

Mira explains that her ex Dorian dumped her and put her out. Yama calls it a bad moment, and Ren admits I lost my job this morning. Dividing the rent 3 ways keeps the apartment, so Mira moves in, claims the big closet and starts flirting with Ren.

Mira guesses that Yama likes Ren, which Yama denies. Mira proposes a contest: both chase him, whoever he picks wins and the other steps back, and he must stay in the dark. Yama calls it insane yet insists she will win him first. The episode ends with Mira holding Ren close and offering to show what a fun roommate she can be.

Mild on our scale. The animated outfits are crop tops and short shorts, the flirting is constant and the rooftop ends in a near-kiss, with no kiss landing and no nudity. How the NSFW levels are set is explained on its own page.

Later thumbnails point to a beach cabana in swimwear, a peek around a doorway and an evening out; still no nudity. Think romcom with a slow build rather than a hard-edged NSFW series.

The bet between Yama and Mira drives what comes next, and Candy's blurb adds a twist: a dangerous ex of Mira's returns to claim money owed. Later thumbnails show Yama in a white bikini next to a shirtless Ren at a beach cabana, Ren peeking around a door, and Yama dressed in black on a night out. They do not tell us who wins. For a different fantasy flavor, see The King's Chambermaid on our similar list.

Yama Gito is the featured Candy character and Ren's roommate. Ren has just lost his job. Mira, Yama's best friend, is newly dumped and moves in; one caption spells her Amira. Dorian, her ex, is only mentioned in the free episodes. Nobody here is a pornstar's twin; all four are anime-style inventions.

Fans of anime romantic comedy get a roommate love triangle with a slow build here, not a heavy NSFW series. The 36 tokens it takes to find out who wins equal 36% of a Premium month's allowance. Start with the free pair, and see how far 36 tokens go if you are weighing tokens against a plan.
