Candy AI Shorts review: is it legit, safe and worth the money?

It is worth the tokens if you treat the free episodes as a trial, since 36 tokens finishes a typical 5-episode series and you can walk away at any point. It is a poor deal if you expect to watch whole series without paying, because those only play on candy.ai, and all further episodes are paid.

Think of Candy Shorts as the short-series wing of Candy AI, reachable at candy.ai/candy-shorts or through Shorts in the menu. AI generates all of it, the characters are invented adults, and 5 episodes is the usual length. The free episodes we timed ranged from 38 up to 118 seconds, with 64 typical.

A vertical player does the playing, with a speed selector, subtitles and fullscreen. Subtitle tracks cover 6 languages, English among them, and dubbed audio exists for a few series (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian). Each episode ends with a nudge to talk to that series' character inside Candy AI itself.

It is an adult product, and how far a series goes varies a lot. Our scale for how explicit each series gets shows it before you press play, and it rests on our own method: the tracker crawls candy.ai daily, and the NSFW check comes from viewing the free episodes plus reading the official thumbnails. Reaching the end of a typical 5-episode series costs 36 tokens; a creator one costs 90. On the Premium side, the 100-token monthly allowance comes with plans we read at $3.99 a month for 12 months (charged $47.88 a year), $8.99 a month for 3 months, and $9.99 for month one of the monthly plan, then $13.99. Plans rebill automatically, and unspent tokens vanish at period end.

The plan table and token budget picker keeps every figure. Because long series add up, the total to finish matters more than the price of one episode. If episodes are all you want, judge Premium by its tokens alone, since the other perks may never touch your viewing.

Is Candy AI legit? EverAI Limited is the operator, registered in Malta under business registry number C107181, with an office in Santa Venera. Maltese law governs its Terms of Service, and Candy AI additionally publishes a DMCA policy and a policy on age limits, all of which you can check.

Is Candy AI safe? We can vouch for billing but not for security audits, which we have not run. Your bank statement shows the charge as EverAI, payments go through cards or Pay by Bank, some local methods exist, and local taxes may apply; support sits at support@candymail.ai, according to the Terms.

As for any Candy AI scam warning: the real danger sits outside candy.ai. Apart from the site and its showcase, nothing is official, and pages promising whole episodes can hide scams, malware or fake logins. Neither phone app store lists an adult version of Candy AI, so Get App only pins the browser version to your home screen.

To cancel Candy AI, open Settings and pick Unsubscribe. Whatever you already paid for stays active until that period ends, then you are back on a free account. Until you cancel, the plan keeps renewing on identical terms, and a change of plan only kicks in when the next billing cycle begins.

Candy AI refund rules are strict. Refund requests for a subscription must arrive inside a day of payment, are refused after you burn through over 20 tokens, and apply to card purchases only; trouble on your own device does not count. Token packs follow a similar rule: a 24 hour window, unused tokens only, card only.

EU and UK residents may withdraw within 14 days of their first purchase, with the amount prorated for what they used; renewals do not qualify. A refund, like a chargeback, cancels the purchase right away and removes any tokens still left. All of this comes from section 10 of Candy AI's Terms of Service, so confirm the exact wording there before relying on it.

• Tokens you skip are gone when the period closes, so a quiet month wastes part of Premium's allowance.
• Refund window: a single day, and over 20 tokens spent kills the request.
• A creator episode costs 30 tokens, which is 2.5 times the standard 12.
• Spicy series prices sit behind a signed-in account, and our check of them is still pending.
• Paid episodes stay unmeasured on our side, so we cannot say how long your tokens buy.

• You want a series in one sitting: episode 3 onward unlocks one at a time, and every unlock draws from your token balance.
• You want whole episodes without paying: they live exclusively on candy.ai, and beyond episode 2 they cost tokens.
• You prefer live-action performances: AI makes every episode, twin-led ones included, and the performer filmed nothing.
