Contact

One address covers everything: contact@candyaishorts-nsfw.com. Write to it about an error on a series page, a price or token cost that looks stale, how the NSFW check works, or a press query.

Name the page you mean and describe what candy.ai showed you; a link plus the date you looked gets a fix out faster.

DMCA requests go to the same address, contact@candyaishorts-nsfw.com. A useful request names the page here, describes the work you say is yours, gives a way to reach you, states your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized and carries your signature.

No video lives on this site, so if your complaint concerns an episode itself, take it to Candy AI; it publishes a DMCA policy of its own.

We cannot open your Candy AI account, alter a plan or hand out refunds. Billing, cancellation and refund questions go through Settings on candy.ai, or to the support address in Candy AI's Terms of Service: support@candymail.ai.

If you only want to know what a plan cost when we last looked, the plan prices we recorded on October 22, 2026 are public.
